About Me

Empower your mindfulness

Once a European director at a billion-dollar company —until I chose to follow my heart.

Meditation has been part of my life for over 25 years, helping me stay centered through life’s ups and downs. I once stopped, thinking I  I wanted to feel the “highs and lows”. But life’s chaos brought me back to the calm I had once taken for granted.

When my horse Billy was injured, I accidentally discovered the world of energy healing. To support him better, I began practicing Eight-Section Brocade Qigong to strengthen my health and boost my energy. It not only helped his healing and deepened our bond, and soon, other horses began to respond as well.

My journey weaves together mindfulness meditation, Eight-Section Brocade Qigong, and equine energy therapy. Now, I guide others to reconnect with their mind, energy, cultivate peace in their own lives or even support their animals.
