Listen to horses

Horses don’t speak—they feel and express. They often hide pain and discomfort within. Like humans, true physical restoration involves more than nutrition and physio therapy—energy healing activates their natural self-healing abilities.

Methods

As a horse owner, I understand that true therapy isn’t something you do once a month—or just a few times a year. It’s a daily commitment. You use your eyes to observe, your hands to feel, and your care to ease your horse’s discomfort.

During our therapy sessions, I’ll show you simple, effective techniques you can use to help keep your horse fit and well every day. My long-term goal is for you to feel confident doing this yourself—because it’s about the horse’s welfare, not money.

I truly believe: every horse deserves to be a happy horse.

Relaxation Is the Foundation of Learning

Only a relaxed horse can truly learn. In fact, relaxation accounts for 80% of training success. Before asking a horse to perform, we must first help them release tension—physically and emotionally.

How often do you see your horse yawning deeply, licking, chewing, or blinking slowly? These are clear signs of release. They should be part of your daily interaction—not just during therapy.

Horses naturally hold tension. As prey animals, they stay alert. They may play too hard in the pasture, or give their all under saddle without receiving proper recovery time. Over time, this tension accumulates in the body.

As horse lovers, witnessing these signs of relaxation is one of the most rewarding parts of our daily care routine. Just like us, horses need to feel relaxed and safe—every single day.

My Approach: Listening Through the Body

Initial Observation
I begin by observing the horse’s posture, stance, movement, and expression. These offer valuable clues about physical discomfort or emotional tension.

Palpation & Muscle Assessment
I gently assess the muscle tone and texture to locate areas of tightness, imbalance, or tenderness.

Energy Scanning
Using open palms, I scan the body to detect subtle energy imbalances—often felt as warmth, or a subtle electrical charge in specific areas.

Treatment Phase
I apply a combination of energy healing, gentle touch, stretching, and where needed, physiotherapy or other holistic techniques to help release blockages and restore comfort.

Horse-Guided Communication
As the horse relaxes and trusts, they often guide me toward areas needing more attention—through shifts in posture, expressions, or movement.

Closing & Aftercare Tips
We end with a moment of calm, allowing the horse to fully integrate the release. I provide practical advice for daily support, stretching, and observation for the owner.
