mindfulness, qigong, and/or meditative practices.

– You acknowledge that participation is voluntary and at your own risk.

– The instructor and program are not liable for any injuries, mental health issues, or adverse effects

resulting from your participation.

3. Technology & Access

– Sessions are delivered online via [Zoom/other platform]. A stable internet connection and a quiet

space are recommended.

– The instructor is not responsible for technical issues on the participant’s side (e.g., poor internet

connection, device failure).

4. Privacy & Respect

– Please respect the confidentiality of all participants. Personal sharing during group sessions must

not be recorded, shared, or distributed.

– Recording of sessions is not permitted without written permission from the instructor.

5. Refund Policy

– Once the program begins, no refunds will be issued for missed sessions or early withdrawal.

– If the program is cancelled by the instructor, a full refund or credit will be offered.

6. Program Content

– All course materials, including verbal instructions and written resources, are the intellectual

property of the instructor and may not be reproduced or distributed without permission.
